For all other pharmacy refill requests, please text “#request” to (623) 600-4619 to request and complete a refill form. Your refill will be processed within three business days of receipt.
RECHECKS
For telehealth rechecks, please text “#schedule” to (623) 600-4619. You will be sent a link to request an appointment. Please list the desired appointment length (10 min, 30 min, or 60 min) and your main concerns in your appointment request. If you do not find a time that works with your schedule, please text or email.
